WHAT: Biddle Regional Park
WHERE: Arroyo Grande
HIGHLIGHTS: A beautiful natural area with picnic, softball and volley ball facilities so close to town.
WHO SHOULD GO: Hikers, Walkers and Nature Lovers
HOW TO GET THERE: Exit 101 east on Grand Ave. which becomes Branch Ave. Follow signs to Lake Lopez. From San Luis Obispo take Orcutt Road south to Lake Lopez Road, turning left (east). Turn right into Biddle Park at the sign.
WHERE TO PARK: Drive into the park and use any section of the parking area.
TRAIL CHARACTER and DISTANCE: The park allows easy walking on flat ground and an opportunity to explore the natural stream bed.
CAUTION: Poison oak is prevalent in the creek.
