Friends of Lopez Lake is just starting to form a board working with
SLOPOST. They are currently looking for volunteers. They are
receiving money from the Coca-Cola Company to fund educational and recreational
programs at Lopez Lake.
 | To fund and develop educational, interpretive and recreation programs at
Lopez Lake, including an active volunteer group. |

| Created a horse staging area for camping and riding for
equestrians at Lopez Lake. |

| To build an interpretive center, meeting room and nature center at Lopez Lake. |
