SLO-4-PUPs plans to raise $20,000 to develop the pilot
off-leash recreation area at El Chorro Regional Park. The City of San Luis
Obispo has agreed to contribute $5,000 in matching funds when $5,000 has been
raised from the community.
There are many opportunities for you to help. If you have a
beloved pet or a family member that you would like to see honored, why not get a
recognition plaque for him/her? Recognition plaques cost $100 and will be part
of the kiosk at the entrance to the off-leash area. A deductible check can
