TRAIL CHARACTER and DISTANCE: Four miles of
quiet beach at the foot of fairly steep bluffs. Check the tide tables
and hike or ride this beach at low tide to have access to the entire

interesting estuary well worth exploring by kayak. The railroad that
outlines the beach adds atmosphere. This trail is usable all year, but
can be quite windy in the spring. |

Air Force Base allowing no access beyond the immediate beach and
estuary.
